Palmer Johnson 135' #4

The latest 135 was launched in the last few days. She looks to be the same color scheme as her big sister "Clifford II", being mostly white with a deep purple accent. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name as the aft garage was open. Maybe someone else can help out with that?

Are you sure that the yacht you are seeing isn't the 135 that was on display by PJ at the 2009 Miami Boat Show? Heston has a few shots of her and she has a similar colour scheme to "Clifford II".

Hi,

Ron- The two boats in your last two posts are different vessels.

Check out the Portholes on the Stbd Side as a comparison.

LOL, K!W!, I know that! I am simply saying to Coismov that the 135-footer that he was refering to might be the one that was on display at the Miami Boat Show and not necessarily a brand new one. He was saying it had similar colour styling to "Clifford II". So I showed the 2 pics for comparison.

No, it's definitely a new launch. The 135 in Miami was 'Plus Too' which has a dark blue or almost black flybridge. This one is definitely the same purple color as 'Clifford II'. Apparently 'Plus Too' was headed to Europe shortly the Miami show.

Ahh, that explains why PJ had the name covered up on the stern with their "PJ 135" sign. So does anyone then have any photos of the brand new 135, which would be the 4th unit in the series?

I have one photo, but it's not the best quality. I"ll hold off on posting it for a little while I try to get a better shot. Hopefully she hasn't left Sturgeon Bay yet.

It's the new "Cover Drive 2". Just received pics of her passage through the Welland Canal by YF member 'Rodger'...

No suggestion as to why they would be flying a Canadian Flag on the Stbd side unless it is related to the Owner in some way.
