Newbuild: oceAnco Anastasia

The oceAnco 75 M long new build Anastasia (ex Y-703) has a dedicated website for her self even before she is launched from the Dutch yacht building facility. This 75M Sam Sorgiovanni masterpiece of elloquence in design dominates the senses with beautifully orchestrated swept lines. She truely will set her self apart from the other yachts in the oceAnco Y-700 series.

Guests will have a grand time onboard the Anastasia with the plethora or toys aboard. She will have two custom Vikal 9.5M tenders one of which will be a limousine styled tender. There will also be a 6.7 M Malibu Wake Setter VLX water-sports tender. In addition to these, a 6.7M Zodiac rescue tender will compliment the fleet of tenders. Juxtaposed to the range of tenders, the Anastasia will have 4 X Yamaha PWC Wave Runners along with a bounty of snorkeling, dive and windsurfing gear.

Anastasia will be stretch 75M long with a maximum beam of 13.4M. A maximum draught of 3.8M will allow her to traverse most marinas throughout the world. She will be a double screwed motor yacht with 2 X MTU 400 V16 marine diesel engines. These twin 3,648 HP engines should give her a cruising speed of 15 knots. The Anastasia was constructed using steel for her hull and aluminum for her superstructure.

In charter mode, the oceAnco 75M new build, will be able to cater for up to 12 guests with a full crew compliment of 20 members. The stateroom arrangements are as follows: 1 X Master stateroom, 2 X VIP staterooms and 3 X Guest rooms. The Master is to be furnished with a large king-sized bed. There will be provisions for a private balcony deck adjoined to the master. The two VIP rooms will have Queen-sized beds and single sofa-type bed. Meanwhile, two of the guest rooms will have Queen- sized beds with pullman bed as well. The other will have a Queen bed.

This massive yacht spreads over 7 decks and will house special features such as a full gym, disco lounge, aquarium area and of course a high tech jacuzzi. In addition, there will be a large main saloon with plentiful seating for entertaining. Speaking of entertaining, SAT TV, DVD, CD, WIFI music bouquet, Ipod docking stations and more will grace this oceAnco yacht!

All in all, Sam Sorgiovanni has created a masterpiece, there can be any argument about that. Not too long nor excessively large, the Anastasia is still a massive yacht. With well planned deck arrangements and public spaces for guests to traverse throughout the 7 deck yacht, chartering or parties will be a phenomenal experience. The wide range and selection of Anastasia's toys and tenders, will keep the avid water buff contented while the lavish and plush staterooms and other public spaces will satisfy the slightly more sedated guest. In a few lines, this quote says it all...
"Over 75m of timeless elegance, designed with the exacting demands of an experienced designer Sam Sorgiovanni, she sets unsurpassed standards of luxury & opulence. Guests will constantly marvel at the intimate level of detail & the broad sweeps of imaginative open spaces."
***

The Anastasia will be delivered in May 2008

Thanks Yachtluver - she looks really impressive.

Can anyone work out where her forward anchor position(s) will be?

That is true, well I believe that she has hatched anchor pockets then, a la Lady Moura, Rising Sun, Golden Odyssey and so on. If she does, it will be very difficult to see since she has a nice flag blue hull.

Anastasia's website is back up and running. Remember just after she had been launched, the website had been pulled. Now it has recently been put back up and looks very nice and flashy.
