  1. OceAnco launches 91.5-meter hull 'Y-709' superyacht

The latest and newest superyacht has emerged from Dutch builder OceAnco. She is the 91.5-meter 'Y-709' also going by the designation PA164. The new superyacht blends alot of what we have been accustomed to in the Y700 series and surely adds a number of new features and styling elements.

The 300-foot twin-screw superyacht has been built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure and is projected to run to a top-speed of 19.5-knots. A pair of MTU 20V 4000 M73L engines should ensure this becomes a reality on sea trials. Each of them are around 4,800 horse power. This superyacht boasts a nearly 50-foot beam, 14.6-meters! Interior space is in abundance as well as deck space.
  2. The interior is expected to sleep as many as fourteen guests in seven cabins. The owner has a Master Suite and guests are slept in four doubles and two VIP-type cabins. The displacement superyacht features styling that is what we know from this Dutch builder but adds some new elements. For example, the reverse angle windows on the front of the superstructure for the bridge and forward main deck lounge.

Another major difference is that the long open-air aft main deck has been eliminated on this build and appears to be covered. Two garage doors are integrated into the structure hinting that this area will be main tender storage of Y-709. Along with a traditional paint scheme, dark blue hull and white superstructure, the general Y700 series appeal is still alive in the design. At 91.5-meters long, she spreads five decks above the waterline offering plenty to do and see for her new owner and guests alike.
