Nordhavn really does deliver a handsome boat. Can anyone tell me what the two holes just aft of the rudders are?

I suspect those are the underwater exhaust. Although the direction they're facing and the fact that they're so far inboard seems kinda odd.

I believe those are the ports for the stern thrusters, though they could be genset exhausts.

The wet exhausts for the mains are shown in Figure 4 of the slide show.

They look a bit large for genset exhausts, but who knows. I saw the exhaust in figure 4, but as I'm sure you're aware, many vessels (like my Sunseeker) have both and above and underwater exhaust, which is why I made that assumption.

As for stern thruster ports, I've never seen a setup like that. But then, my stern thruster knowledge/experience is very limited. It would make sense taking into account their location and the direction they're facing, though.

All those holes

I'm pretty sure the holes on either side of the rudder in pic 2 are for the standard stern thruster. The port in the starboard aft corner seen in pics 4 & 5 is most likely for one of the two standard gensets. I would imagine there is a matching structure on the port side as well. The 86 was designed to be built with a dual dry stack exhausts for the twin mains. The two exhaust stacks are an integral part of the support for the hard top for the fly bridge as well the supporting elements for radar, satellites and other antennas.

Looks sort of conventional considering Nordhavn are pretty good at defying convention.

I'm assuming this is a "test" launch and they're shipping the boat to California. (No propellers or bottom paint, enough of a hint for this codger).
