| 49' Grand Banks Stabilized $275,000 in FL
This yacht is a classic with extensive updates. Built in 1980, the current owner has removed the teak decks on the main deck and the trunk cabin, and they are now non-skid fiberglass. Most of the varnished teak handrails have been removed and repalced with stainless steel. The lifting mast to pick up the dinghy has been re-inforced to allow a larger dinghy, this RIB has a 40 HP Honda on it.
Stabilizers were added in 2002, electronics have been updated with a recent Simrad autopilot and two Dell laptops with navigation software are included.
The bimini and canvas is all in great condition, recent textilene window covers. The varnish is perfect. The old teak anchor pulpit has been removed and has been replaced with a much bigger, stronger, fiberglass pulpit with dual anchors and a larger windlass. This yacht shows much better than newer Grand Banks and the seller is realistic, with an asking price of $275,000
