40' Mainship 1986 DCMY Seriously for sale!

Soon to be 2 boat owner has priced this baby to sell quickly. At only $64,900 she is the lowest priced example of this popular spacious model. Here are a few of the highlights:

2002 – New Westerbeke 7.0 KW generator ; replaced both cutlass bearings.
2003 – New Hot water heater; new fresh water tanks; added transom shower
2004 – New port engine risers and exhaust hoses; new GPS and VHF radio.
2005 - New anchor pulpit and windlass.
2006 - New Norcold DE0061 refrigerator/freezer; reconditioned props.
2007 - New hardwood flooring in the galley.

She is V-8 454 ci gasoline powered, but she will run like a trawler at 8 knots, consuming a mere 8 Gallons per hour. If you would like to run at planing speed, she will do 14 knots and burn 24 gallons per hour. Not a bad combo when you consider the very reasonable price of this boat versus her size and comfortable acommodations. She's located in the Mid-Chesapeake Bay and is very easy to see, almost anytime. Call Eric 410-212-5264.

Eric,

I just forwarded this link to a gentleman who may have an interest. If you have a few interior pics, post 'em!

Location is now Kent Island, Maryland. New boat is on the way! Seller is way motivated. This boat is scheduled for display at the the Bay Bridge Boat Show at the end of April, unless she sells beforehand. Come take a look.
