| Pristine Monk 40' Trawler in FL $150,000
This trawler belongs to the yard superintendent at the yacht yard where I work. When work was slow in the summer on the megayachts, he would have some of the employees do some work on his restoration. The boat has been painted from the bootstripe to the top of the custom mast, and it is always stored undercover.
The inside has been varnished, new headliners, new flooring in the main, new refrigerators, new galley and dinette counters, new cushions in the dinette new curtains, new, new, and more new stuff all over.
Because the owner knows many yachtbrokers he is not going to "list" the trawler with any single broker, so as not to offend the other brokers he knows.
