1966 bertram moppie 20

this is a 1966 bertram moppie that was restored and converted over to a 4.3 mercruiser in 1998. last year it had all new cusions and a new top installed. i am active duty coast and have not had anytime to use the boat for about a year now. it currently needs the shift cable replaced and new batteries installed and i just have no time to put in to it.
