Salon
Entry to the salon from the aft deck is through a Freeman watertight sliding door. The spaciousness of this elegant salon is apparent upon entry. Ergonomically designed leather settee to port generously accommodates six. Custom inlaid marble cocktail table. Starboardside has a formal bar; dining table and settee for 6-8 guests.

The large windows, 1/2" glass, provide near panoramic views as well as plentiful lighting. The ceiling lights and wall sconces add to the brightness and ambiance at night.

Entertainment Lounge
The starboardside companionway from the galley leads to the spectacular AV room with windows port and starboard providing natural lighting. The forward bulkhead houses the TV and sound system. There are generous bookcases and numerous drawers and cabinets. A desk and work station are to port. The seating area was designed to allow for comfortable lounging, appreciation of the finest sound system, or intense movie watching for numerous guests.

Lower Deck Accommodations
Stairs forward of galley descend to an open space. The open area is designed for exercise equipment and is fitted with a 17" LCD TV w/overhead speakers. There are numerous other possibilities for this area if one is not inclined to use it for exercise.

4 staterooms include master with king bed, VIP with queen bed, Guest with double bed, and guest or crew with twin bunks. Three heads.

Master Stateroom
Oversized amidship master stateroom is larger and more luxurious than befitting most larger ships. Entry from the companionway provides space and privacy from guest staterooms and is through a watertight Freeman door or a solid wood cherry door. The centerline king bed has custom upholstered headboard with mirrored wall and tastefully mirrored ceiling. Nightstands at each bedside. Starboardside is a hanging locker and a large bank of dresser drawers. Forward bulkhead has AV center and a his & hers walk-in closet. Portside is another large bank of dresser drawers.

Entry to the master ensuite head is portside aft.

Entry into the utility room starboardside aft is separated by solid cherry door. The utility offers a separation barrier from the engine room with a watertight door. With both the master watertight door and engine room door closed, the master stateroom and utility room comprise a watertight compartment.

Engine Room
Access through master stateroom/utility room and large oval Freeman hatch with stairs from aft deck to stand up headroom sized engine room. With the large electric fuel pump and the manifold, fuel can be redistributed to the various tanks as ballast. Interior of engine room is air conditioned. All internal air ducting for vessel is fabricated from stainless steel. Delta T custom ventilation system. Fuel consumption is approximately 14 gallons/hr at 8 knots. Redundancies include doubles of engines, generators, watermakers, steering systems, hydraulics systems, battery banks, and air-conditioning.

Electrical
High Note is enclosed in a "Faraday Shield" protection from lightning strikes. She has numerous systems including disconnecting radio frequency (RF relays) that switch the antennae from the various radios to ground. Instead of the usual fiberglass antennas "High Note" has all-metal (anodized aluminum) Morad antennas. The grounding RF relays and the MJF lightning arrestors make "High Note" as lightning proof as technically possible.

The Pilothouse has full walk-around decks and a Portuguese bridge forward. Aft of the wheelhouse is a fully covered area with a white Sunbrella awning secured by a sturdy removable stainless steel frame. (2) Givens buoy life rafts mounted for quick release on both port and starboard sides of Pilothouse. Custom secure storage is provided for both motorized scooters and bicycles. Self-righting capabilities. The deckhouse and pilothouse are reinforced to withstand a rollover. All windows and ports are Diamond Sea glaze 1/2" tempered glass. Insulation average 2" sprayed Eurathane foam, Safethane-40, 1" Ure-K fiber fire barrier. All steel is mild, wheel abraded and pre-weld primed prior to delivery; quality is Llyods A36 or better. Caprails and scuppers are stainless steel. High Note can sit on her own bottom on the bilge keels which provide passive stabilization as well as protecting the 12 square foot fins on the active stabilization system.

Wow, I think I am in love.

Can you shed any light on why only 490 hours on the mains for a 7 year old boat? Perhaps she was repowered? Also is there info on fuel burn at the 10 knot cruise speed and/or at lower than 8 knots.

Thanks for your interest in High Note. She's a spectacular yacht built with safety at sea as the foremost principle including self-righting capabilities. The current owner is the original one who had her built after years of owning faster motoryachts (his previous yacht was a Westport 106). He planned on doing serious passagemaking to distant ports but the "Admiral" didn't take to the slow mode and therefore the vessel has had little use. High Note has a parttime captain performing maintenance, but unfortunately is in need of a cruising owner. The owner has not provided fuel consumption statistics.
