Here is the really big price reduction, down to an asking price of $1,695,000. The yacht is owned by Cheoy Lee of North America, it was traded in for a larger Cheoy Lee. The yard where I work does all of the service and warranty work for Cheoy Lee, and I have a co-central listing with them. They just had a change in their office with a new Director of Marketing and Sales and he told me he wants this yacht to sell now. The price is extremely competitive.
