This four stateroom trideck powered with 12V92s has numerous trans-Atlantic crossings. Once known as as a frequently booked charter yacht, Emerald Isle is ready for your interior decorator, for the interior to be updated in the style of her new owner. Pricing reflects lack of recent use, but there have been many, many engine room, bottom and running gear jobs recently taken care of.
Located in Fort Lauderdale, the price has just recently been reduced to allow a new owner to paint and decorate. Asking $4,999,900
08/19/08: Reduced again, now $4,500,000. The yacht needs fresh paint and redecorating, but the price reflects this.
Recent work at the yard included props reconditioned, new cutlass bearings, rudders and stabizers dropped and serviced, bottom paint, exhaust work and more. Enough done to have a bill over $300,000.
There has been a lot of activity with many brokers since this last price reduction.
08/28/08: The owner of this yacht has health problems, and his wife is handling the sale. She says get it sold. Reduced again today to $4,400,000. You can easily see the price reductions in the last few months right here on this thread.
If you have any interest in this yacht, do your own research and find out that the prices of other Christensens are much higher. This yacht can get fresh paint and an interior to the new owner's tastes, and still be less money than other similar yachts on the market.
I have lots of new pictues taken last week, contact me through Yacht Forums and I will send them to you.
