Additional Salesperson's Remarks
This beautiful, proven, low-hour Broward has seen light use, good care and many upgrades and is ready for her next owner to cruise the Bahamas or wherever they desire! She is a very fast 100'+ yachat without exotic, expensive to maintain machinery. Her GM 16V92's have never had a breakdown and have proven to be more reliable than her DDEC cousins and have received one complete overhaul by RPM Diesel. She is a proven passage-maker and has cruised to California and back, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Bahamas and New England. Her last long "trip" was Newport, RI to Miami, FL (without stopping for fuel) in 75 hours @ 18-knots cruising speed during the day and 13-knots at night. Rougher sea conditions or a longer trip would, of course, dictate lower cruising speeds. She was built as "VICTORY LANE", under the watchful eye of John Posgay, Construction Consultant and Butch Pliske of Patton Marine, to a higher standard than other Broward's of her day, which is evident in fit and finish throughout.

NATICA'S original interior was renovated and updated 3 years ago.

I may be interested in this Broward if it's well kept and reasonably priced. What's the listing price and where can it be seen?
