Well that 85' flybridge would do it for the wood.
And they do have renderings of dark hulls on thier site.
The thing is to get someone to commit to building a yacht with a coloured hull or more wood trim.
Why (when colour looks so much nicer) do so many white on white boats get built?

I guess there are people out there that don't like teak decking or highlight detail.
Or it's just a cost and or maintenance decision.

Apart from the colours and the nautical settings, both of those ships remind me of prisons that I have visited. |

Now, that was a shocker! Catching up and scrolling through various threads. Innocently going through this thread and seeing that cruise ship.
Thought that I read somewhere that Dr Hofmann, the Swiss discoverer of LSD, had passed on. Perhaps not.

A rather slow start to the Mega-Yacht season up here in the Pacific North West, so I will fill the void with some random boat shots…

Great captures, especially with the bird and the tortoises. Thank you for sharing these photos.

Thanks for the photos Outmywindow.
You really get around town!
Can you see Washington's Evergreen from there?
In local news, did you hear about the old Seaspan Chinook sinking at Britannia? What a shame after berthed there for all those years and hadn't been restored.
