Yard at Puerto Isla Mujeres

Checking to see if anyone here has had any experience with the yacht at Puerto Isla Mujeres?

Have not used them for anything but watched when we were down there on the front dock of the marina. Most likely OK for a bottom job on a small boat, looks like 45 feet or so would be max size.
