I have been there last Year and we opened a local office in Kotor Old Town.
With Portomontenegro one of the biggest Superyachtmarina Projects started already 3 years ago and now start selling berth for 30 years lease time it will be a new Hotspot in East Med Sea.

The bay of Tivat and Kotor are amazing and you should have a look.
For Transit Yacht there is Tax free Fuel available.
There are Marinas in BAR, BUDVA, KOTOR and a big shipyard is on the opposite
site of Tivat in Bijela able to handle 90meter Ships and is also now part of the new Portmontenegro investment.

Very nice people and already using the EURO currency.
