OK, back to boats. It looks like they were coming by too fast to get names. Our independence day is this Saturday and I expect the same. Question, if anybody knows, what kind of boat is that in the last shot of post 203? Is it an Elco? Gorgeous.

I assume it's to prevent precious things from washing overboard during a storm, like toy dogs and other fashion accessories.
