In 1957, Russell Post, founder of the Egg Harbor Yacht Company, founded Post Yachts in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Post thrives on achieving high standards required by an exclusive set of experienced yacht owners. The hand-laid hulls developed at Post have a reputation for fish catching ability. The interiors of Post yachts are custom-built, as opposed to using modular construction. Over the decades, Post yachts have been built from 42 feet to 56 feet in length, with the models being convertible flybridge boats. The models provide quality in both sportfishing and cruising yachts, and are generally equipped with diesel engines.
