Rising sun in stockholm

Rising Sun is currently in Stockholm Sweden.

The boat is incredibly large! I took a few shots from the other side of the water, it was difficult to fit the boat in the viewfinder!

I wonder how he will get out of there?it will make a great spectacle! According to articles, he has rented the space until Aug 16th. Then Rising Sun will go to the Westcoast and Americas Cup. Obviously Oracle is sponoring one of the contenders?

Two pics of Rising Sun in Stockholm. I think it reminds of Forbes yacht "The Highlander", specially the "glass house"!

Here are a couple of more pictures of the Rising Sun in Stockholm from early this morning when a crew member was about to hoist the flag. At least we could offer our visitors a few hours of sun after a mostly rainy week...

Looks like it has an elaborate hanger deck.

Rising Sun left Stockholm today and I had a last glimpse when she passed my house at lunch-time. Hope to see you in Malmoe soon!

Yes, I like to have a seaview but after being spoiled with a view over the Port of Monaco for twelve years, I didn´t really expect to see such big yachts up here in Sweden...!

So, I´ll submit another Rising Sun picture. Look at the guy hanging over the rails, gives you some idea of the headroom on this deck!

Rising Sun is still at the Lürssen yard in Bremen, due to some insiders there where some problems with the glass elements.
