Carinthia VI has been sold a few months ago. If I am not mistaken, she is said to having been sold to a Russian. But I would doubt it is again Mr. Abramovich... ;-)
But then, again, you never know!

You wanted a picture of Caringhia with it's new name, here you go. That was yesterday in St Tropez. I have never seen Carinthia VI been used so much ! I will never forget her when she used to be docked at Port Canto in Cannes, I was a kid and each summer, I was amazed at seeing this yacht.

The previous owner of Carinthia VI which is now Carinthia VII. The owner does not use the vessel that much. In fact, I have heard that when Carinthia VII had one of the many ceremonies - the owner was so busy or lack of respect just drove by the boat in the Ferrari and waved at the guests and crew and continue on the way out of the shipyard (without stopping to say Hi to anyone).

Inside The One (ex-Carinthia VI)

The One (ex-Carinthia VI) graces the cover of Boat International's August 2005 issue with an on-board feature.

The One

The owner of Carinthia 6 is an Italian Business Man. One of my Captains worked for him.
The owner of Carinthia 7 is a German Lady. ( I think he lived in Switzerland ) sometimes :-)

I think there are many people around this owners how want their best,
THEIR MONEY, and I understand and respect that these owners dont want to
get in close contacts.

Thumbs up THE ONE

She has now gone, through a completely new refit, and has 2 military vessel engines (5470 HP each), does a max speed of 28 knots It is to me the most beautiful yacht of all time.

One of, if not the first by Jon Bannenberg, and arguably one of his best!
