i need a discharge book badly and i find it very hard to get one.
i am a french citizen and my home adress is in france.
any advice? the MCA just wont answer me at all

i checked at the PYA but they ask for 200 euros

Apply to your own country for a discharge book . They might charge you , but so will all other countries . Clive

If you have an agreement/letter of engagement for a vessel on the UK Register you can apply for a Discharge Book from the MCA.
