transferring a uscg license to am rya/mca license

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my USCG 100ton Master Near Coastal license to either an RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper Certificate or an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate. If so, how?
I aslo already have my Z-card. And I have the sea time required, but it is not documented in a way that shows the total miles travelled or the overnight passages.
I am currently living in New Zealand.
Thank you for any help you can give me.

Hi,

Try asking these guys.

http://www.maritimenz.govt.nz/

I don't think there is any direct correlation between a 100ton License and anything yacht.

Not having documented sea time is going to be a battle all the way no matter where you are applying.

Thanks for the reply,
I have already dealt with Maritime NZ while inquiring about transferring my license to the NZ equivalent (ILM). I haven't found them to be very helpful (to say the least). Now I'm only interested in the RYA/MCA Certificate.
Also, perhaps I need to clarify. I have documented every day of my sea time, but I have done so only in the USCG format that shows only the number of days and average hour per day on each vessel and not in a way that shows overnight passages and mileage, which seems to be a requirement for RYA/MCA licenses.
Where can I find the official RYA/MCA sea time form?

Try MPTUSA in Ft. Lauderdale.
