Johnson 103'

We have seen the Johnson 75', the 87' and now there is the 103'. The Johnson 103' can be seen to be a direct expansion from the 75 and 87 footers. Some early statistics on this vessel include:

LOA: 31.21M, 103.02 feet
BOA: 7.14M, 23.69 feet
Displacement: abt 105 tonnes
Interior: Dixon Yacht Designs
Naval Architecture: Dixon Yacht Designs.

If anyone has anymore information on these 103's you can add to the thread.

Really nice pics Jeff, thanks for posting those. Out of curiosity? If she had gone on seatrials why isnt she painted......For the most part, yachts that embark on their trials are usually painted already.

Oh~

The outside painting of Johnson 103' is white gelcoat.
Those blue-colored areas are covered by tapes.
The blue tapes are used to protect the gelcoat during construction period.
It's very common for the yacht factories in Taiwan.
The glass, like windscreen, is also covered by white tapes.

I think they will remove the tapes before delivery.

Oh okay, I thought the 'blue tape' was blue bondo filler or something..
