New to the forum. Hi every one!

Don't know why I haven't found this forum before, but having an older boat, seems like a great source of good info and knowledge here. Let the fun begin?

Hi Kirby,

Welcome to YF. We have something in common. I've worked in drone recovery too, but on a slightly smaller scale. At least two incidents required your services... bringing in divers to extract 'em from the bottom.

Yep, we run the USAF's navy. Not many people know they have one. 5 boats,..3-120' drone recovery boats & 2-25' boston whaler, range patrol/security boats. I get paid extra, if I get my fins wet. Mostly, we sit out there, do a little fishing and go home. OK,OK, we do spend many days at the dock, chipping, painting, mopping, sweeping etc,...Wouldn't want anyone to be calling their congressman. It's a cool job and helps me support my boating habbit.
I hope to enjoy meating many of you, here on YF.
