Velvet 35M: M/Y Tongue

We do not hear much about this yacht since she was delivered. I know that Tongue has attended a few prestiegous yacht shows so far but.. still her known presence seems to be somwhat limited. For a yacht that looks this beautiful, especially the interior, she deserves to be exposed somemore.

There are some beautiful shots of her exterior and interior on the builder website. It's not supprising then that you may be caught licking your lips with the graphic on the stern garage! For more, revert to the following link...

enjoy!

You mean this graphic.. This was at last years Cannes show.

I first thought you were thinking of Blue Velvet, the 42 knot Codecasa 102 by Mulder. Her interior is the most striking I have ever seen, with everything covered in brown leather, even the floors..! You hardly dared to walk around inside, the leather made it also very silent, like you were in space Interior design from Gregotti Associati International-Milan-Italy (2 pictures from Mulder Design)

Nice additions Lars, great to see that interior you were refering to. I don't know if I could deal with the leather covered floors, it looks almost like you should not walk on it. I wonder how it holds up to walking, wear and tear?

I think this is the material/brand.

Yes Nilo, at least it could be used for this. I got a feeling the Blue Velvet tiles were custom made and even softer to walk on. But whichever, the idea isnīt bad and I could think of using such tiles in a bedroom. A small bedroom I guess since they canīt come cheap...

I know that Ferretti was using a leather flooring as an option in their master heads. However, this is a much more standard product.
