Fractional Yacht Programs.

I've lurked for a few years, and have enjoyed the sometimes colorful and informative nature of this site. We are owners of a 110' yacht that we use for approx. 10 weeks a year. In an effort to subsidize the operating expenses of the yacht, we also offer her for charter. www.miraclellc.com We've had the boat listed for sale for approx. 9 months, and I'm intrigued by the prospect of possibly selling the boat through a fractional program. Does anyone have an opinion on the feasibility of such an endeavor? Who are the legitimate players? What are the pitfalls? In a perfect world, I'd love to retain a portion of our boat, while I either build or locate a brokerage boat that suits our needs. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
