By the way, Germany - Costa Rica: 4:2 . But we had a bad defense. That must be changed

well Costa Rica are lucky that they got 2 goals...i do agree that at many points in the game Germanys defense was weak..If it werent for the likes of Winschope (sp?) for CR they would have smoked nil.....and the high altitude men from Ecuador moved aside Poland 2-0...well Poland will make an early exit.. i think they have to play Germany next ?

btw.: german play was no "revelation". They spoiled a lot of shots to the goal - but nobody knows how much the fact of winning over all will glue that guys together. Inbetween i felt they all missed the overview (ther's an americen game, something like: Me Sir? You Sir... ore so and somehow they seemd to play it with the ball, as so often..). And , what is the reason to change the quickest runner Odonkor in for the last 3 minutes? That was not a sign of good control.
But it showed that they are worth to watch on, 'caus in every next play they can get 6 and shot 7 - less predictable than ever. I love/hate it, ore hate/love it? Weiß der Geier!

Weiß der Geier = knows the vulture (word for (or by) word translation)
