I'm a little slow when it comes to motor sailers (pun intended), but this looks like a Cheoy Lee to me. Maybe in the 75' to 80' range?

Indeed... she's a 78' Cheoy Lee motorsailer built in 1995 - hull # 3 of 3 built from the series that built also a 63' & a 53' (over 50 units built in-between).
