Question on Turkish built yachts

I stumbled across a Turkish built yacht that if it were a well known name would sell for around $14 million. The asking price is under $3 million. Now I know Turkish built yachts aren't the best but come on... there's got to be something wrong right???
What am I missing?
Does anyone have experience or troubles with 100'+ Turkish yachts?
Thanks
