A boat moving from one marina to another, on the rocks after only 400 yards. Bought on E-bay just beforehand for $5000.  Two ¿untrained¿ sailors get lost and smash yacht bought on eBay for £3,000 into rocks (they only had to move it 700 metres) | Mail Online |

I'm glad they're not hurt, but what a couple of goobers. Hopefully this will be a reminder to people to educate themselves before just hopping aboard and shoving off. I'm not sure what goes through people's minds when they do this kind of thing. Clearly it isn't much. We currently have an obviously new boat owner in the marina. He and his 'crew' turn their boat around manually with the assistance of our hullsides. Maybe I'll get lucky one of these days and he'll take a bucket of soap and a brush with him  |
