    A fellow I work for was on another Antarctic cruise last year in 20' seas just before that other one sank. These have the makings of real adventure cruises.:eek:

    there is a reason the old liners that used to run the north atlantic had a sheer line and long bows. the higher bow limited the number of waves coming over then the long bow allowed the energy to dissipate before hitting the superstructure.

    something that many have forgotten judging by the lines of modern cruise ships.

    ... and the looks of many recreational vessels!
