    Does anyone know what became of this builder and if any websites still exist, all I know is they built several Vripack designs and were based in the Netherlands; reading between the lines they may have been taken over by moonen. I am interested in a doggerbank that they may have built around 2002. Obviously if the firm was failing I would want to do a more extensive search and survey of the vessel to see if the workmanship was up to this companies norm. Any information would be appreciated.

    would you like to check it with Vripack? I can try to put you in contact if you care for, of course you would need to disclose the name of the boat. They must have supervised the build and may be can assist you..

    fyg, Moonen has not bought VDL..

    I have represented VDL ships in the past. I might be able to dig up Martin's email (shipyard owner) if you still need it.
