As we are in contract on this boat, curious if anyone knows anything about this boat we should know. Has 1050 mans with 300 hrs and 57 hours. Fully upgraded. Seller did disclose of some delamination he repaired completely on Port side above the water. Shows no issues at all on boathistory.com. Woods and Associates are the listing broker as well as my broker. Seems like a very good candidate for our use over the next 3 to ? years. Wanted a 54 bertram or 55 Hatteras but....................It did show this was registered as a commercial fishing boat until 2005 which is when the current owner bought her and commenced the upgrading. he is well known in South Florida as the very best large yacht painting business. Thoughts please as we are flying in to see her this weekend and poss. survey Monday/Tuesday.

as usual when recent rebuilds are involved, you may want to ask for details of what was done and by who before traveling. it's amazing how the definition of the word "rebuild" can vary
