Mainship Trawler yachts is a company located in St. Augustine, Florida producing quality trawler styled yachts. These yachts are produced in two main series types. These types include the Pilot Series and the Trawler series. Their vessels are built using the proven method of fiber-glass construction. The series that will be examined is the Trawler series of yacht and in particular in Mainship 45’ Trawler.

The Mainship 45 Trawler along with the 45’ Pilot series has provided a wonderful line of choices for prospective owners. The 45’ Trawler is being touted as the flagship for the next generation of trawler-styled yachts of this company. The Trawler 45’ has taken the reigns from its antecedent sister, the 43 footer and boasts more room.

Even though the 45’ is only a few feet longer than her predecessor, there have been marked improvements in the space and arrangement available. For example, the 45’ has an extended Bridge-Deck, redesigned interior with two-heads and more guest-creeping room.

The Fly-Bridge is located on boasts a number of small but regions. To the fore, there is the Fly-Bridge console for open-air navigation. Midrange on either side there are molded regions where cushions can be placed to transform them in to seating areas. A small composite table on stainless steel feet entices guests to gather. To the aft of this area is a cooking station for whipping up a quick meal or barbecue. Adjacent on the starboard side are stairs that take you to the Main-Deck.

The Main Deck comprises a split-floor with the aft half and a lower fore. The aft half of the Main-Deck has an open stern area and inside the saloon doors, the saloon and wheel-house region. The saloon is inviting with use of warm mid-toned woods, simple seating arrangements and a coffee table. On the starboard side is the control station and adjacent on the port side is a small bar-nook.

Moving down a few steps through the split-level will take one to the galley on the port side. The galley comes complete with everything needed for preparation and making of food on the deep blue. Adjacent to the galley is the passage-way and a guest room. The guest room is fitted with a large double bed and closet storage. Next to the room is a bathroom with sink and toilet facilities. Further up the passageway to the fore, is the Master room.

The Master features a large double bed with a large walk-in closet, side seating and bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a single vanity, toilet facility and a walk-in shower. The shower has access from the Master room or from the passageway.

In summation, the Mainship Trawler 45’ is a nice choice for an owner who likes the ability to cruise utilizing trawler efficiency. In the same breath, the 45’ can dash to a short ranged destination if needed. Here are the particulars of the Mainship 45’ Trawler Yacht:
