hi

yeah, i was thinking around the 60' mark would be a good size. its not to big that u need a crew running it, and a large wallet to fork out the fuel/running costs. and its still big enough to do some big crossing.

also i saw that new Sovereign 103 Sportfish. she has been hanging out down at Rivergate (Brisbane) for a few months. she has packed up and gone. she has some nice lines to her.

it would be great to have a boat that good that people use as a landmark... i need some money though first, haha

far

striker is a very good/reliable ship, but unfortunatelly aluminum construction is much more complex and expensive that the fiber process . Also , fiber allows fancy shapes and excellent repetibillity.

Also, striker managment was less than perfect at that time.
I am sorry the brand is almost death.
Striker still produces boats for police, fire and dockmaster purposes in Norway.

I have one by the way .....
