I love all of the custom builders.... cant remember the last time I had an issue with any great boat builder. Love the tumblehome on the Jarrett Bay's... If I had the cash to order a new custom boat, it would be a twin of the 1982 Hatt 52. I'd give the designer a photo and say "make my new boat look like that, but make the insides better".

Dont quote me on this one, but I would say it would probably cost you less to do a restoration on an old 82, then to build a whole new one... then again you could get a cleaner hull through the water, and a better boat full stop.

Which model are you after? They do have a nice 75EYF... its about as tough as it gets
