Philippe Briand 120' Bristolian

The 120 foot long Bristolian is a well thought out and designed sloop. Bristolian's lines have been penned by designer Philippe Briand and she has an interior by Emma Tabone. The vessel has been built by Yachting Developments in New Zealand.

"The latest Phillipe Briand designed superyacht ‘Bristolian’ is to be the largest composite sloop to be constructed in New Zealand to date." Emma Tabone has served up an interior that is modern in sophistication as well as styling. The ultra modern light foam core interior has been designed for the optimization of relaxation.

Emma Tabone integrated a clever plan to allow comfortability and functionality in the interior of the Bristolian. "The yacht boasts an owners cabin, and two guest cabins forward, a split level saloon amidship and accommodation for five crew members aft."

Part of the futuristic design of the Bristolian stems not only from the interior but from the deck styling. The navigation helm stations to the aft of the yacht sit within two pod-like features with matching biminis. "A plunge pool is tucked away on the forward deck, and she will sport a lifting keel."

According to Briand Yacht Design, the Bristolian 120 sloop was earmarked to have been launched in April 2008. However, she apparently has been launched today.
