Fincantieri Yachts 75-meter "Goldmine"
The Fincantieri Yachts Design Team is proud to unveil its astonishing new concept design: Project Goldmine. As we always do, while developing the lines of the vessel, we have undertaken a thorough preliminary technical study, including a parametric study of similar size yachts and a preliminary review of the naval architecture, in particular in terms of weights, power and stability, hull and superstructure lines, which has been carried on with the most up to date design IT programs, some of them are developed exclusively for Fincantieri Yachts. The design is anyway still enough flexible for a further adaptation to the owner’s specific requirements.
The external design is elegant and well-proportioned, though the yacht has large volumes for her 75m LOA. Goldmine has an accurate aesthetics character, classic and contemporary at the same time, with relevance given to the deck stern sides, which, with a 45° inclination against the sea line, give the vessel a strong character yet not limiting the perception of height of the vessel. The aggressive ascending connection line (which joins together the main deck and the owner’s deck), and the big classical ovoidal windows of the forward zone merge together creating a contemporary classic contrast. A yacht in the true sense of the word, with fine lines melt together in an harmonious and unique style.
