2004 Fountain 38 LX Luxury Edition - SOLD!

This 2004 Fountain 38 LX Luxury Edition is seriously for sale. This is a fast, great riding boat with nice creature comforts. She has lot of seating as well as a nice cabin, air conditioning, a galley with microwave, stove top and refrigerator, a vacuflush type head, shower and good storage. There is also an LCD TV and stereo system. She is a great boat to fish with although the owner doesn't fish. There are two large fish boxes, a live well and other in deck storage compartments. Triple Mercury 225 HP Optimax outboards with less than 200 hours have extended warranties until 2010. There is also a Westerbeke 5kW generator with less than 25 hrs that is also under warranty. The outboard, generator and hull warranties are fairly easy to transfer. The outriggers have just been set up and have not been used yet. I brought the boat to Marsh Harbour, Abaco and then back to Miami. She runs really well and cruises at around 40 mph at 4000 rpms. The owner has two small children and thought that he would use it more but he isn't so he has asked me to sell it. The asking price is $199,000 which is less than he paid for it in August.
