Due to time constraint we are four Swedish sailors who unfortunately have to sell our Cal 35 from 1974. Boat is practical and beautifully designed. The pilothouse makes for a very unique and spacious interiour. Sleeps five comfortably.

The boat was bought for $34500 in march of last year and has since then been equipped with $14000 of equipment and at least $10000 worth of engine repairs, sandblasting & bottom painting, standing rigging replacements and more.

The boat just returned from a one year cruise in the Caribbean and has been prepared for an Atlantic crossing. It has everything one might need for cruising in the Caribbean.

Asking price is $45,000 but given a quick deal and a serious buyer, there is room for a substantial reduction in price. Boat is located in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL.
