Twin Throttle cable adjustment

I recently finished installing a new starbord engine in my 1964 36' Roamer and need some instruction on how to properly adjust the throttles levers into sync.

I took the top cover off of the throttle lever assembly and there are 4 screws, not sure how to proceed? Any suggestions will be of much help.

If they are Morse control heads The 4 screws are stops however the cables/ or linkage may cause the levers to stop before they get to the screws at max opening. I would get the levers close by threading the end fittings. The screws really don't do much
