Codecasa Yachts have a unit underconstruction that is to be the successor of the current charter yacht
Lady Ann Magee. The vessel will be based upon the hull of previous builds but have an atmostphere of personalized styling.
The Lady Ann Magee II -if we could call her that- is under the build number, C. 118 at Codecasa and measures an overall length of 65M. The maximum beam is to be 11.20 M and have a full loaded draught of 3.70 M . A displacement of 825 tonnes have been highlighted.
The Lady Ann Magee II is being built of steel and aluminum. A high tensile steel hull and aluminum superstructure will come together to make a total package. To push the 825 tonne yacht through the water she will employ 2 X CAT 3516B Marine engines rated at 1,600 RPM.
She will likely have a maximum speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of around 14 or 15 knots. When operated a slower speed of 12 knots, a significant range of 5,000 NM will be realized.
To produce electricity onboard the successor will utilize generators of the following: 3 X 225 Kw Volvo Penta, 1 xX160 Kw Volvo Penta, 1 X 108 Kw Emergency Generator Volvo Penta.
The Lady Ann Magee II will likely be thrusted into the charter market like her current namesake is. To satisfy the rigours of the charter market her accommodation will be arranged as follows: 1 X Owner’s Suite and 8 X guests’ cabins. To make provision for the crew, the arrangement will be as follows:1 X captain’s cabin, 1 X Chief Engineer cabin and 9 twin bed cabins.
