Codecasa introduces the "Vintage" 50-meter
Recently, Codecasa shipyards unveiled the design for a new motoryacht under the brand "Vintage" 42. She is a 42-meter design of classic lines, proportions and arrangement with all the modern comforts and amenities. Codecasa further improves upon this concept and introduces the "Vintage" 50-meter.
The new design is larger and more spacious than the former. The 600-tonne design is a radical departure from the 51-meter line of boats that are accustomed to giving kudos and homage to the past. The 10-meter beam provides plenty of space and with a draft of under 3-meters, shallow water cruising is feasible.
2 X CAT 3516C marine engines supply the propulsive power for the 50-meter
Vintage. A top speed of 17.5 knots in light displacement mode is envisioned. At lesser speeds a range of 6,000 NM is attainable with 100,000 LT of fuel. Guest accommodation is set out with a large owner's room, 3 X double cabins and 2 X twin cabins. Crew are also taken care of with 4 X twin cabins, 1 X engineer and 1 X captain cabin.
The Codecasa
Vintage 50-meter is a larger vessel in design than the 42-meter but retains similar classic design lines with functional and aesthetic appeal. Long range, and shallow draught are also appealing characteristics for this design.
