Water in cylinders 350Q closed loop

I had water in my starboard cylinders of on my starboard engine in a 350Q with closed loop cooling. As far as I can tell the only engine exhaust component that is cooled with raw water is the riser. I replaced the riser and I am still getting water in the cylinders. Any advise on a next step would be very helpful. Thanks Jay
