    The Tugboat Fleming, a steel hulled, diesel powered, single screw tugboat, is assigned to the Columbus Area Office. It's mission is to provide general support for the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway (Tenn-Tom).

    This was built for the USACOE as a bridge tender. I am having a Deja-vu... I thought I posted this survey I did this morning (?). ws


    CONDITION AND VALUE SURVEY

    The following survey was performed by me, William Stephan, on January the 29th, 2007 onboard the tugboat PARK STATE, ex TOMMY B (US.258766) while moored at the Calumet River Towing dock at Chicago, Il.
    The boat was built for Great Lakes Dock and Dredge Co. as a 45’ “State Class” boat for tending dredges on the Great Lakes and Inland Waters.

    The following data was observed:
