Going to purchase a CC Roamer Riviera 48'

Well my wife and I are thinking about purchasing this boat. Needs some work but we are willing to do what's needed. RAP48-2501 I think it will be a long road ahead for us. Mechanical its great needs window and track repair in salon. The fiberglass around solon needs alot of help. The deck also needs paint and repair.

You've come to the right place. Use the search function for Roamers. There's even one thread about window and track replacement.

If you can, pull the trim molding from below the salon windows. When I pulled mine I was shocked from what I found which required completely rebuilding the frames around my cabin windows on my 1960 35'.
Here's the thread on my work.
