A friend of mine has a dock for rent. The dock is located in Lauderdale By The Sea, 6 houses from ICW. It can accomodate up to around 65' (up to 70' but you have a lot overhanging the dock). It is a 30' dock with tall pilings and there are 2 cleats on the seawall on each side of the dock. 80' property. It has a single 50amp/220 volt shorepower and water and has a parking space. $10ft including water and electric. No Live-aboards. There has been a 63' Ocean and a 60' Fairline that stayed there for years.
