Hi,

Welcome to YF.

Please include a price in your advert, this is not an auction site.

How many hours have these engines done in the last 2 and a bit years since overhaul and why are you taking them out?

Can they be seen/heard running?

Do you have any maintenance history for them?

Hello,

Thank you.

Engines are currently being dismantled from M/Y Athina II (ex name "Her Honour") and will soon be available for inspection in Athens, Greece.

Detailed maintenance record is not available right now (hopefully we will have it within days).
Overhaling took place Summer 2007, not 06, as I mistakenly wrote before. Progress Bill, showing spares and labour used, is available.

Let me point out that Engines are fully operational and in perfect condition.

Price: in the range of Eur 40.000,00

best,

Titos

Since overhauling, engines have run approx 100 hours.
They are being replaced because present owners seek higher speed and manoeuvring power.

regards

Titos

Hi,

I was asking if she was the old Van Lent Feadship that was launched as Easy to Love.

I saw her engines spread all over the dock and car park of Florida Yacht Basin 20 yrs ago.

I am also under the impression that the original purchaser spec'ed it to go a lot faster and when he dropped out it was finished by the yard and the Detroits were fitted.

Where were the Engines overhauled?

K1W1,

Which Easy to Love do you mean? Was it the mini Jamacia Bay one or the earlier one?

Hi,

I wasn't aware that a Jammy Bay had been named Easy to Love, the one I was thinking of is or was Easy to Love IV.

Midnightblue,
There is a company here in Fort Lauderdale by the name of Gold Coast Power that specializes in used marine engines. Check their website http://www.goldcoastpower.com/
I have no affliation with this company, but have known the owner for years. His family owns one of the better know diesel service companies in Fort Lauderdale.
