The HISWA Amsterdam Seaport Boat Show, from September 2 to 7, 2008 in the Marina Seaport IJmuiden, will offer more to visitors than ever before. A key feature of the show is the enormous diversity of a record number of over 500 exhibited boats and the comprehensive coverage of all major brands. As the first autumn boat show of the year, the exhibition will also feature dozens of (global) premiers, making the HISWA Amsterdam Seaport Boat Show the most complete in-water boat show in Europe. The events will celebrate its 25th anniversary with an exclusive, invite-only preview evening on Monday 1 September.

Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing! I bet the dock next to that Federick was busy! Can I order a Van Speijk 26 with mini cannons?

Long Island ask their clients to use the word "Miss" when they name their boat.
Cruising the Dutch canals you can see that not all the clients name their boats after their daughter....

The most impressive boat on the HISWA to me was "Bonker" , the private yacht of Pieter Beeldsnijder. Extraordinary colour scheme ! Very sturdy, seamanlike appearance and a great, innovative general arrangement.
