If anybody knows this show and Hainan island, could you tell me exactly what is it? I know a little bit Hainan in China, because newspapers talk a lot about this area and I would like to visit the island, and I think there is soon a motor yachts or sailing boat show. It could be interesting to see it.

I have been to Hainan. It is a large island off the southern coast of Guandong province, in the S China Sea. Tropical. Some call it China's Hawaii. It has been a [Chinese] tourist destination and likely will see much development in the future. Nice beaches, etc.

Thank you very much for your answer, I really want to go there, and about the show "hainan rendez-vous" do you know something more, because it could be good to go there in the mean time if the boat show is interesting.

Sorry - I have not heard about a Hainan Rendez-vous. When I went there (+/- 3 years ago) I stayed at the Hilton. We were practically the only ones there. At least it felt that way. Certainly a place to relax and feel spoiled. Sorry I couldn't offer more info. Enjoy.

Thank you for your answer, I found some info and news about this events, so finally it's the begenning of april, but it's not only motor yachts it's also private jet and luxury properties. It's perfect i will be there at the end of marche until mid april, but i think it's the first year for this event. the Hilton was good there to enjoy the island? thanks, have a nice day.
