Sorry Man i tried but the rain just did not stop. A lot of tents were flooded people could hardly walk anywhere without putting on a life jacket. The weather really sucked today. I was at the show all day and wish i bought 3 extra shirts and pants to change as everytime i walked from the boats to the tents it started raining

Graham's picture tells the story, in multiples. This is only one of many areas that were flooded, both inside & outside of the tents. Today was basically a bust for builders who stood ready to greet... what may have been... the largest private aviation fleet that has ever touched down at FTL. In real numbers, there were at least 100 private jets that are NOT normally on the tarmac.
On a more positive note, we were graciously honored with a media tour of Lurssen's "Kismet" early this morning, along with other notable members of the yachting press. Peter Lurssen, Michael Breman, Espen Oeino & Sylke Auf Dem Graben took time-out from their hectic schedules to gave us personal tours of Kismet. A full review will follow, but it may prove difficult. New words will have to be invented!
Wish I could upload some pics, but I left my digicam "umbilical cord" at home. My bad! Will post soonest.
Night all!

C4, I got one, I'll have to dig it out of the slew of photos.
It's Friday night, just got home from 12 hours at show. Dogs are tired, back is sore, but it was a great day, despite the flooding rainstorms we had to endure. I'll see if I can geta few shots posted tonight. Otherwise it will have to wait until late Monday (need to be traveling this weekend, not boating related, rats!).
